S&D is a woman-owned agency that provides an elite level of purposeful marketing solutions to telecommunications, technology, environmental and hospitality/tourism brands by working with our clients, not just for them. For twenty-plus years, we've been creating outcome-oriented programs by immersing ourselves into our clients' businesses, genuinely understanding the unique challenges of each and then going beyond creative to develop marketing that works. Though we're based in Denver, Colorado, we have clients in 40 states and on 2 continents.

These are our peeps. Meet the hard-working experts who make marketing work. They are dreamers and doers, strategists and smartypants, creatives and collaborators. They love alliteration. Some cycle hundreds of miles in a weekend, others bake cookies for their entire neighborhood. Some are dog people, some are cat people, and some are both. They are Colorado natives - except those from Michigan, Louisiana, Kansas, Iowa, Europe and Hawaii. They get excited and they give back. They rally. They champion the client, the underdog, and each other.
